Privacy policy
This policy explains how we handle the details you send through the contact form. It follows law 25.326, Argentina's personal data protection law.

Who is responsible
POVAM Solutions is responsible for the details you send through the contact form on this site. For any question about your details, write to us through that same form.
What we keep
Your name, your email, your organization, its type and your message. Only the name, the email and the message are required. We use no cookies to track you, and our visit statistics keep nothing that identifies you.
What we use it for
Only to answer your message, and to keep the conversation going if you want to. We don't sell your details, we don't give them to anyone else and we don't send you advertising.
Who we share it with
The form runs on Formspree, a US service that receives your message and forwards it to us by email. The site is hosted on Vercel, also in the US. When you send the form, you agree that your details pass through those services for this purpose only.
How long we keep it
For as long as the conversation lasts and up to one year after. Then we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see your details, correct them, update them or delete them, at no cost. We answer requests to see your details within 10 calendar days, and requests to correct or delete them within 5 working days, as law 25.326 requires. Write to us through the contact form.
Data protection authority
You can ask to see your personal details for free, at intervals of no less than six months, unless you show a legitimate interest in seeing them sooner, as set out in article 14, section 3 of law 25.326. Argentina's Agency for Access to Public Information, as the authority that enforces law 25.326, handles complaints from anyone whose rights under the data protection rules have not been respected.
